Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: 

You can return products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Return a product? 

To return an item to Skillmatics please:

1) Email us at help@skillmatics.in with the name of the product you are returning, your order number and the reason for your return.
2) We will generate a pick up from your address with our trusted delivery partner. 
3) We will refund your account (less return shipping fees) once your return has been delivered to our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect on your bank statement or credit card account.

Note: We do not offer returns on bulk orders

Cancellation Policy :

You can cancel your order by mailing us at help@skillmatics.in .

Payment Policy :

Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallet, and Net banking.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We entertain exchanges only if there are items missing from the box. If you wish to exchange your product, please send us an email at help@skillmatics.in
