1. Return Policy
Return Period: You can return products within 30 days of placing your order. Please ensure that the return request is initiated within this timeframe.
The return request is made within 30 days of the order placement.
The product is in its original packaging and must be unopened, unused and the shrink wrap should be intact.
We do not offer returns on bulk orders. (Orders above 5 quantities are counted as a bulk)
Damaged or incomplete product:
We understand that accidents may happen during shipping and transit. If your product arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Return Process: 1) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out to us at +91 9152331018 with the order number, product name and reason for return.
2) We will generate a pick up from your address with our trusted delivery partner, OR, once the return request has been acknowledged we can share our warehouse address with you and you can send the product to our warehouse.
2. REFUND POLICY:
We will refund your account (less return shipping fees) once your returned product has been delivered to our warehouse and passes the quality check.
The customer could choose to either ship the order to the return address, or the shipping handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount and the reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
For Prepaid orders, your refund will be processed and the amount will be returned to the source of payment. (The source is defined as whichever payment method you choose while completing the transaction). The refund will reflect in the source account between 7 to 14 days from the date of approval of the return request.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Order cancellation is possible within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped out. In case, for some unavoidable reason, you need to return it- the shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer. For prepaid orders, cancellation refund will be initiated immediately once the order has been cancelled from our end.
