ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible, you must be:
At least 18 years old
A citizen and legal resident of India

JOINING THE PROGRAM
Enrolling in the Skillmatics Loyalty Club is simple and free. Sign up on our website by completing our online registration form.
By submitting the registration form, you confirm that the provided information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We may verify the details and reserve the right to decline or cancel membership if any information is false, incomplete, or cannot be verified.
ABOUT YOUR PROFILE
As a member of the Skillmatics Loyalty Club, you will be required to create and maintain a personal account. This account will contain certain information such as:
Loyalty points balance
Default shipping address
Active vouchers
Order and transaction history (if applicable)
You can update your personal details and preferences any time by logging into your account. You are responsible for ensuring that all the information provided is accurate and stays up-to-date. We are not liable for any loss or delay in services resulting from outdated or incorrect account information.
EARNING POINTS
Members will earn:
10% in loyalty points on their total cart value using eligible payment methods, post product delivery.
Points are calculated on the amount of the paid order value.
If an order is returned or cancelled, all points earned will be immediately taken back.
REDEEMING POINTS
Points can be redeemed at the rate of 1 POINT = INR 1.
Redemption can only be applied to the eligible payment portion of a transaction.
Earned points cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, or promotions in the same transaction.
POINTS EXPIRY DATE
Loyalty points will expire after 6 months from the date they were earned.
Example: Points earned on 7 April 2026 will expire on 8 October 2026.
TRANSFERABILITY OF POINTS
Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold or shared.
Any attempt to transfer points may lead to account termination.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
For any returns, exchanges or refunds, points earned will be modified accordingly.
BULK ORDERS
Points will not be given on bulk orders, which consist of any order containing 10 units or more.
PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
The Skillmatics Loyalty Club may update or change any part of the program at any time. These updates may include, but are not limited to:
Changes to how points can be earned or redeemed
Adding or removing certain benefits or features
Updates to eligibility, membership structure, or point validity
By continuing to participate in the program, you agree to any updates in our Terms & Conditions.
SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Voluntary Termination:
If you wish to end your membership, simply contact our customer support team. Once your membership is closed, any unused points will expire immediately.
Involuntary Suspension or Termination:
We may suspend or permanently close an account if there is any:
Violation of the Terms & Conditions
Fraud or misuse of the program
False or misleading information was provided
We may also suspend or discontinue the program, in whole or in part, at any time. Unused points or benefits cannot be compensated if this happens.
DATA PRIVACY
By joining the Skillmatics Loyalty Club, members consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal information, which may include:
Full name, email address, phone number, address, gender, date of birth
Transaction and interaction history
Preferences and consent for marketing communication
Child information
Your data will be used for the following legitimate purposes:
Managing your loyalty account and transactions
Conducting analytics to improve member experience
We will retain your data for as long as needed during your participation or to meet legal requirements. Members have the right to access, update, or delete their personal data and may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by reaching out to customer support.
FRAUD & MISUSE OF THE PROGRAM
Fraudulent activities, such as account manipulation, false information, or unauthorised resale, will result in account termination and possible legal action.
We may investigate and take appropriate action in cases of misuse.
