JOINING THE PROGRAM
Enrolling in the Skillmatics Loyalty Club is simple and free. Sign up on our website by completing our online registration form.
By submitting the registration form, you confirm that the provided information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We may verify the details and reserve the right to decline or cancel membership if any information is false, incomplete, or cannot be verified.
ABOUT YOUR PROFILE
As a member of the Skillmatics Loyalty Club, you will be required to create and maintain a personal account. This account will contain certain information such as:
You can update your personal details and preferences any time by logging into your account. You are responsible for ensuring that all the information provided is accurate and stays up-to-date. We are not liable for any loss or delay in services resulting from outdated or incorrect account information.
EARNING POINTS
Members will earn:

10% in loyalty points on their total cart value using eligible payment methods, post product delivery.

Points are calculated on the amount of the paid order value.

If an order is returned or cancelled, all points earned will be immediately taken back.
REDEEMING POINTS

Points can be redeemed at the rate of 1 POINT = INR 1.

Redemption can only be applied to the eligible payment portion of a transaction.

Earned points cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, or promotions in the same transaction.
POINTS EXPIRY DATE
Loyalty points will expire after 6 months from the date they were earned.

PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
